24-Month Warranty

All BLISSEU items have a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery of the order. The warranty will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse. The BLISSEU customer service team will study in detail if the damage has been caused by the misuse of the parts. 

Quality problems mean the product is damaged, scratched, broken, and falling off. It does not include minor issues caused during transportation, such as the bending of the ear pin: all of our ear pin materials are 925 silver, which is easy to occur during transportation slight bending problems are inevitable. If the ear needles break, we accept to return them.

Warranty-specific conditions are subject to the following terms:    

If you find out any quality problems, you need to provide the information as below:

  • The clear picture to show the whole item and the damaged part.
  • The picture clearly shows the tracking number.
  • The clear picture of the SKU number on the product package under the bar code.

1. The unconditional warranty period of BLISSEU is 30 days. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, you can choose free exchanges or send the item back.

  • If you choose free exchanges, you can keep the item. Not only different colors or sizes on the same product but also different styles on our website can be exchanged.
  • If you choose to send the item back, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

You can expect to receive your refund within 15 working days of your package return.

2. Within 12 months from the date of delivery of the order, you don't need to return the item, but need to bear 38% of the original price of the product fee, and we will resend you the item in good condition.
For example: 100*0.38=38

*If the product is removed from the shelves later, it will not be possible to exchange for a new one. It will be possible to reissue the product of the same value to the customer at a 38% discoun, and we will bear the shipping cost.

3. Within 24 months from the date of delivery of the order, you don't need to return the item, but need to bear 45% of the original price of the product fee, and we will resend you the item in good condition.
For example: 100*0.45=45

*If the product is removed from the shelves later, it will not be possible to exchange for a new one. It will be possible to reissue the product of the same value to the customer at a 45% discount , and we will bear the shipping cost.
